CANT STOP, WONT STOP – I don’t know if you saw my post a few days ago but I found fresh precut crinkle sweet potatoes at Walmart of all places. We’ve made baked fries every day since. Toss in garlic, avocado oil & kosher salt – bake at 425° for 20 min!

Whole 30 Recipe // Spinach Salad with Creamy Cucumber Beet Dressing

This salad seriously tasted like a dessert! Spinach, kale, pomegranate, sliced oranges & crushed pistachio with creamy cucumber beet salad dressing! (blend 1 precooked beet, the fat from a can of coconut milk- drain the water out first- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, and 1 cucumber that’s been peeled. Heaven!
